Welcome to Glytherra. By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. Use of the Site

• You must be at least 13 to access SFW sections and at least 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to access NSFW sections.
• You are responsible for your account, devices, and compliance with applicable laws.

2. Intellectual Property

• Unless stated otherwise, all artwork, animations, and code are owned by Glytherra (©) and protected by IP laws.
• You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without written permission, except as allowed by licenses explicitly granted to you.

3. Commissioned Work

• Commission terms (scope, pricing, revisions, delivery and license) are documented per project.
• Unless explicitly transferred, copyright remains with Glytherra; the client receives a usage license.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Upload or request illegal content, including any depiction of minors, exploitation, bestiality, incest, non-consensual acts, or real-person explicit deepfakes.
• Harass or abuse others, attempt to breach security, or use the site for spam or malware.

5. NSFW Access & Age Verification

• The NSFW area is gated and intended strictly for adults 18+.
• We use a local age-affirmation gate. In some jurisdictions or platforms, additional verification may be required; we reserve the right to upgrade methods.

6. Content Moderation

• We may remove or decline projects and posts that violate these Terms or our Content Policy.

7. Disclaimers

• The site is provided “AS IS” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness, non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glytherra will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
• Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, the exclusive venue will be the courts in the governing location above.

10. Changes

• We may modify these Terms. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date.
